Greetings doctors!! I'm having low grade fever for the past 55 days and it's within range of 99.4 mostly high from noon to evening( 98.7 to 99.1/99.2) on consulting my doctor he prescribed Tb tests and ESR, Ultrasound and stool test. In stool test clour - Greenish brown, Reaction - acidic and pus cells - 2-3 hpf So does this pus can be the reason behind my fever As ESR is normal as well as ultrasound, Mauntax is pending as well as CABNAAT.( I have no cough nor weight loss no night sweat) Morning temperature upto 12p.m - 98.4 From 2 p.m  to 7 p.m - 99.1 From 8 p.m to 8.Am - below 98.2

Dear doctor, for the past 6 months I am experiencing pulsating pain starting from lower back and radiating to back side stomach, back of heart and ends with neck. This happens after I urinate and drink water. The pain is like very awkward and difficult to manage. But this pain lasts for about 20 to 30 seconds. I have hypertension, diabetes militias. And my creatinine is 1.6 , foamy urine. Blood pressure raised at night. Please give your suggestions.

Hi, I am suffering from cold,cough fever, and more over I have an allergy if suddenly climate changes. I hv also acidity problem

I suffered from viral fever starting on Sunday and had a migraine attack. Need a medical certificate for the same for 2 days sick leave from 2nd to 3rd Dec.

I went on vacation outside india and on the night after reaching hotel (on 29th november), i felt itching on right hand. I scratches it but it was little bit swollen (initially looked like mosquito bite) but i see this mark that looks like sting. Not sure if it is a needle prick that someone did or is it something else. This sting mark is still there now also. Attached image is captured recently (now)

I have dust allergy, I am continuosly suffering from sneezing, sour throat, cough and head pain. Also I have PTSD, Anxiety disorder and gastritis.

Current medication: Tablet Rosumac F. for cholestrol. Tablet Ashwagandha (neuherbs) for fitness. undergone Cataract surgery in Oct 2024 followed by Inguinal Hernia surgery in November 2024. checked Vitamin d and B12 levels in October Vitamin D : 35 B12: 335 looking for a B12 supplement.... can ashwagandha and b12 supplement taken in a day? do guide me

Upon checking my BP a week back I got 155/80 i was in intense anxiety at that time .. will intense anxiety may be the cause of systolic bp or so I have any other problem like isolated systolic blood pressure and need to take medicines

Hlo dr, I am feeling weird feeling in chest from 2 days not pain.. But some kind of weirdness...is this gas problem or something else...plz say...

Ever since I moved to Bangalore, I have been facing this problem wherein I wake up every morning with a blocked nose. I start sneezing on most days... However, as the day grows, the sneezing almost stops. The nose remains blocked no matter what I do. On some days, the sneezing doesn't stop the whole day and is accompanied by symptoms like itchy throat and ear. As earlier prescribed by doctors, I take a montekLc and it stops the sneezing. The blocked nose still doesn't go. I am fed up with feeling sick all the time. My voice has become nasal. I have moved three houses here. All these hours are very far away from each other. Don't think the same allergen is present everywhere! I wash my linens regularly.  There's no mold here. I try to make sure that I am not exposed to sudden temperature differences. Nothing is working! Can you please help me with this?
