Hey i am having a pain while swallowing in right side. Pain feels in right side of end of the tongue.How can i solve this situation. please help me.

I am experiencing sudden fever and severe chills (ague) while sleeping at night. The fever comes on abruptly, accompanied by intense shivering  and a sensation of extreme cold, even when covered. This disrupts my sleep, leaving me feeling weak. Please advise on possible causes, necessary tests, and treatment options. Thank you.

I have been recently diagnosed with Hypertension. It's been 15-days. My BP readings have consistently been 155/95. Visited general practitioner. Been advised to take Talzoc 40mg in the morning and Promolet 12.5mg in the night. It's been 3-daya since I started the medication. The BP reading today has been 153/93. Is this OK? Shouldn't it comes down since am medication? And will such readings despite on tablets pose any problems?

I am feeling like an electric current for some seconds 3-4 times a week and sometimes twice a day. Is it normal or serious?

Today, while looking into the mirror, I felt that my upper lip is bit bluish.. Can you check and tell me if it is true? I know it's not exactly blueish, but it feels different than how lips should be What is it just simple, dry lips?

After some days/month bleeding starts automatically during stool pass, whenever I eat spicy then bleeding starts after 4-5 days of bleeding it becomes normal without pain , *Most important things is that sometimes/somedays bleeding starts without stool pass* without pain, While I eat mostly non spicy food, no fast food,&  entake more water daily yet this problems arise time to time, I also took medicine like homeopathy, ayurvedic & jadibuti etc But no benefit from this , So please suggest me better medicine if any available, If any treatment to remove it from roots without surgery Because I heard from people that after surgery there is a major problem to hold the potty inside, So please suggest me better solutions or medicine here on this online platform? What should be dosage of vitamin e supplement for 38 year old Mard and Aurat? The idea is to take for skin and hair betterment. Shall it be taken more then a month daily? Any gap required or can take 2-3 months or more and how much mg?
