Sir my question is sud  high blood pressure reading remain almost  constant throughout the day to be diagnosed as hypertension ?and what if it comes down after half an hour or so after resting ? And also If BP reading is high one day and normal following days..what will be the diagnosis?

When i sit too pass my stool then after urination red fresh  blood is coming whenever i use pressure, i am noticing since a month but i was waiting to be cured automatically by body mechanism to repair it . Hello doctor I was diagnosed with typhoid and I have done antibiotics meditation course of 7 days and injection twice a day course of 5 days but still I have a lot of weakness and there is loss of appetite...
