My barber was bitten by dog 1 month ago and had proper post exposer prophylaxis, today I had hair cut from him . Does it is a risk for Rabies infection?

Respective Sir/Madam, One of my sister has a small painful mass on her right leg toe and has visited the doctor recently. The doctor has said that it is nothing to worry about and prescribed medicines like antibiotics, multivitamin and pain killers for few days and not to disturb the mass on the toe. She doesn't have any other issues and was healthy. Kindly tell that what to do with the issue concerned and help her in subsiding the issue. Thanking You,

On 22 nd November 2024,i experienced a cut in iron gate.. it was a deep cut thus I thought I should take a tetanus injection... But pharmacy guy told me it's not needed as i already took tetanus injection in 3 Rd November,2024 ... Now today wound is swelling and sometimes pus are coming out and some faint pain is happening,so I went to meet a doctor who is specialised in gastroenterology, prescribed me to take clavum 625 and a ointment and as some burning sensation in urination happen so he asked me to do a urine RE and culture test before taking antibiotic... Should I do the test tomorrow and take antibiotics from tomorrow or should I now take antibiotics and it can be done after 2 weeks after completion of antibiotics... please share a opinion I'm attaching the pictures of my hand... Is clavum 625 sufficient for this cut

So i want to describe whole scenerio so few weeks back i was facing some malarial kind of fever and there was some liver inflammation as well, so i am on medication Primaquine -7.5mg & Sedogest 300mg. So yesterday i went for a check to some ayurvedic doctor and he took a ECG of mine and in the ECG ST elevation was seen. After seeing this and doing google i got very worried and my upper left chest i was feeling a bit pain till the neck region. Before ECG i was worried about the result of the procedure. Please let me know is ST Elevation related to something serious ? He also repeated the ECG after 30min exact same readings were observed. Sir please go throught the ECG once bcoz i am very much worried please help and let me know i am a 22 year old a student sir. Please help me out.

I have been losing weight consistently without any changes in lifestyle or diet. I weighed 54-55kg last year, now I weigh 49kg. Lost around 5kg in a year. I believe I also increased food and calorie intake from last six months with no improvement in my weight. I got full body comprehensive check up done, reports came back almost normal with just vitamin B12 deficiency. One remark in CBP was "Predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes." Medical history - One persistent issue is upset stomach whenever I eat anything from restaurants. I have also been having gut issues last few years like bloating and excessive burping after meals.
