I have cervical pain in the neck since 4-5 years now. Which is followed by headache and fever for a day. Till now, it was periodical, pain occured once a month and one day of pain, heachache and fever. I used to apply "Nobel Gel" to relax neck muscles. Since past few weeks it has grown immensely, and not stopping, with severe heachache, eye pain and fever. Moreover, i always use orthopedic pillow for myself I am confused with which type of doc tor should i consult? Or this can only be cured by exercise and no medical intervention?

I've recently tested vit b12 is 83pg/ml...how long to recover from it...I'm taking b12injection for 6days after mythlcobalamin tablet 1500mcg for 30day...can I fully recover from it?

Lately i have seen in my cbc reports RDW is high, 1-2 months back i did cbc it was 14.7% and rest params were fine. Today after 1.5 minths i did cbc again it showed rdw 15.8%. Why is this happening? Lipid, KFT, LFT, Glucose, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Thyroid everything is normal and within range. Attaching the CBC reports: Also other symptoms i am facing: I was having ulnar area pain and tendon strain like pain since 2 months which is not going away completely. Not sure if its related but thought to mention.

Today I drink tea at a tea stall where the counter where tea is made is licked by dog and cow at night after shop closure. I also have minute scratch inside mouth. Does this incident is a risk for Rabies infection?
