Sir I have anal fissure doctor told me to apply betadine solution with cotton and t - bact cream so can I apply t -bact cream for anal fissure

On 23 september 2024, a cat scratched me..I took 5 doses of anti rabies vaccine. Now, today on 24 Jan 2025 at 9:00pm a dog cut me with its teeth, a very very minor one, not even very visible but skin opened a little. No blood. Do I need vaccine again? I cannot go to the hospital right now. I can go tomorrow morning only. What should I do? Am I safe?
