Suffering from thyroid from last 3 yrs My Tsh is 5.81 and t3 t4 normal how much mg tablet should I take for thyroid please tell me

I see that there is a bulge like thing in my thumb nail both hands. I see that they are not healthy and it happens every time new nail come and again happens same. I have no pain it Please suggest I have attached pics as well

I've been doing desk job (IT employee) nearly 5 years now. For some reason, i feel lightheaded or disconnected from myself at times. When i rest my head to chair or anything, feels okay but when in motion, feels slightly dizzy! Even after finishing my work, i feel the same. Can you get hiv from spit on the road. I was washing my hands roadside didn't see a spit so it splashed on my legs.I wore same pants 6 days after. Now I have developed rashes in my legs. Those pants were washed before wearing again. I didnt realise for one whole day. So I am concerned now. Any guidance will be really helpful. When it splashed my legs were full covered

If possible kindly help My mother in 2023 feel suddden tremor in body we go to dr test everything EEG,kidney, cholestore ,sugar,thuroid everything is normal dr give some sleeping tablets and vitamins after that she is compltely fine but after 1year in december she feels sudden tremor for 5min and also she have excessive burping and yawning What should i do whom to connect if possible kindly suggest
