I have fever, cough, mucus also few days back. After getting well 3 to 4 days back. I still have heavy cough , mucus and heavy heart difficulty in breathing. Please suggest tests and treatment

I got full health check up this week and I was deficient in Vitamin d and Vitamin b12. What multivitamin should I eat or any changes in diet?

I taken taken some many anti rabies vaccine in last 5 years but this last year on re exposure I took 3 doses in September(2024) and miss the 4th dose but later on I took the 4 th dose in November (2024). But recently in January 2025 I notice a scratch mark without any bleeding and I am not sure that I got it  from my kitten or not but I am so scared now Because the kitten is unvaccinated . Please please suggest me something. Do I need to restart my vaccination series? Or due to taking unnecessary rabies vaccine can cause any major side effects? PLEASE PLEASE REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
