Flu

Three days back I went for a team lunch, and had a lot of veg food there. I spent 2 hrs in the office after that and I didn't have any trouble at all. Then when returning home abt 2.5 hrs after the lunch in the cab I got dizzy (things felt like it was moving after I moved my head). I got out of the cab abt 10 mins after that and started walking and every step felt weird and things were moving with each step. I immediately took a bite out of cake, then walked for 10 mins the dizziness got better but I had a headache for 2 days post that. Now I'm feeling better but what could these symptoms indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am feeling hurt at mid back pain even when i sleep over back i feel pain in mid back area n lower back. I feel restless n week even to do day to day work,not able to concentrate on anything n mood swings - Yes i m a mom to two years by c- section. there was swell to my upper palm n feet with severe pain but otherwise the pain is there still . i feel dizzy n exhausted to do the job which i have done with baby last year. Before my weight was 92 kg I was. 6.2 feet 185 cm guy after running 10 km a day gym 2 times compositing brisk walking 17000 steps 1200 calorie burn now my weight is 77.5 kg should I stop my running now or should I less my running like 5 km in so much active guy Whether I eat any fruits or any thing is my duty to do brisk walking 1500 steps in my house and in the morning I eat dried pulm alu Bukhara 2 and go for running and Zym and in breakfast I take litle oats with toned milk and honey with all fruits garnishing apple .papaya .pomegranate . Then take green tea lunch I take mostly litle bowl of fruits like 1 apple .1 orange 1 mosambi small portion pomegranate and 2 slice of avacado and 1 glass home made beetroot juice or sometimes litle bowl of oats with toned milk with beetroot juice than go for running in evening Zym after coming take green tea  after I take dinner 2 multi grain atta roti with india gate basmati weight watchers brown rice with 1 egg omlette with 1 small katori salad

Hi there I've had a sore throat for the past 2 weeks The first episode was strong, with pain on swallowing and something stuck in throat and some coughing with green sputum from throat Visited the local clinic with antibiotics prescribed Second episode is milder, with slight cough and hoarse voice ,dry throat Again visited doc, prescribed antibiotics Cefixime and Montil-L The sputum is slightly yellow from throat and some from the nose Attached images of throat as of today
