Above are my readings, what dosage shouldi start with?. I workout actively and had brought down the dosage to 37.5 over the past few yrs...but lately due to my own indiscipline and missing dose I am back to square 1. Also Can fasting adversely affect thyroid?

Work out cannot bring down your Thyroxine dose, do not adjust dose without consulting a physician
Fasting is not recommended when you take medication for thyroid , diabetes etc as these hormones are so much linked to body metabolism
Now take tab Thyroxine 50 mcg for 4 weeks and recheck your thyroid levels after 4 weeks

This point is significant because we have to increase the dose of Thyroid hormone.
There is no mathematical calculation to get the dose of Thyroid hormone from the TSH level. We get the perfect dose by titration.
Thyroid is a hormone secreted in every individual…in your case your thyroid gland is not secreting enough quantity..so you need to take tablet to compensate…it has nothing to do with fasting.
