Hello all, I was built up with anxiety n fear 10 years back at time when v lost our father which I don't know at that time that it was severe anxiety. I am always pampered kid with no responsibilities n dependant on my lovable family. After marriage also for house hold work , food preparation I felt it's big task n all n dat time only thinking of that repeatedly I felt mentally tired,mind runs so fast like anything . During Covid time I got to know it was anxiety n fear I am dealing with n still dealing. After 9 years of marriage I conceived with ivf n now I have 2 1/2 months baby boy. This stress was also made me anxious. Presently I am feeling anxious n fearful that how I grow my child in coming days n how I manage my house work n all n it makes me weaker as mentally n effecting physically like symptoms ( breathlessness,head weight, heavy running thoughts,tired,blurry eyes,feeling dizziness)plz help me to come out of this. I know this sounds funny but daily I cry because of this.

Hey I have been suffering from high cholesterol since 5 years. I have been dieting and exercising 4-5 times a week still my cholesterol is always high. What is wrong . My doctor has put me on statins as it is 280 now and my ldl is 178 Hdl is 79 If I go off statins will it be the same again? I eat healthy and exercise still have this problem My father also has high cholesterol. Is it because of genetics? Should I continue with statins Are there any side effects of the same?

Plz check ecg.. i get constant pains on left side- arm till hands n armpit.. doctor said muscular but on my insistence he did an ekg but could not get it checked from him as he went to attend ER case I have anxiety n hypertension n take telmisartan 40 mg since 6 months

29. M. 5'6". 72 kg. I have been having different physical health problems since 2019-2020. Complaints- Small bumps that burst and don't heal and fade for 3-4 years. Hair has become unusually soft. Earlier used to be coarse and rough when I was mentally physically healthy Lack of strength when walking / running / working. Weakness. Body feels lifeless. Premature gray hair. Usually fast heart rate at rest( 90 - 100).

I have fever for 2days. Doctor prescribed zimnex LB tablets twice a day and levo cetrizin on night and p500 4times a day. My temperature is 99.3 but I feel fever symptoms like eye irritation, red/watery eyes, joint and body pain, tooth/gum pain, throat pain, severe  ear pain. It's been 2days taking the above tablets yet above symptoms are severe. So I again consulted the same doctor now and he prescribed another medicine Doxgain LB tablet twice a day for next 2days and levo cetrizin for night. Please clear my doubt whether I'm taking right medication or not. I have a little one who needs to be consoled often and aggressive. I'm unable to take care of my babies, not able to even get up.. pls clarify my doubts .

Is fasting blood glucose level higher than Postprandial blood glucose level? And which diet should follow to overcome this.
