Thanks for sharing the reports and your concern. Urine Routine & Culture: No infection. Pus cells mildly elevated (3–5 /hpf), mucus threads (++), no growth in culture. Consider: Fasting blood sugar, HbA1c Serum creatinine, electrolytes Ultrasound abdomen & pelvis (rule out bladder/prostate issues) Post-void residual urine volume (via ultrasound)
Next Steps
-Syrup Alkasol/citralka 15ml in half glass of water 3 times a day -Avoid bladder irritants: caffeine, citrus fruits, spicy food, alcohol, carbonated drinks. -Stay regular with water, but not excessive; taper after 7 pm. -Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) — improve bladder control. -Mind-body practices: yoga, meditation, guided relaxation to calm nervous system
Health Tips
Once tests are done, kindly review with reports. Consult for a personalised and holistic treatment plan.

Hi, 1. That's a normal urine routine. 3-5 pus cells is normal. YOU DON'T HAVE A UTI as per this report. 2. Your water intake is not adequate. 1.5 litres a day will.not suffice. Kindly consume atleast 3 litres of water a day. Consult if you have any doubts. Your urinary symptoms will settle with more water intake
