Consider:
Fasting blood sugar, HbA1c
Serum creatinine, electrolytes
Ultrasound abdomen & pelvis (rule out bladder/prostate issues)
Post-void residual urine volume (via ultrasound)

-Syrup Alkasol/citralka 15ml in half glass of water 3 times a day
-Avoid bladder irritants: caffeine, citrus fruits, spicy food, alcohol, carbonated drinks.
-Stay regular with water, but not excessive; taper after 7 pm.
-Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) — improve bladder control.
-Mind-body practices: yoga, meditation, guided relaxation to calm nervous system

1. That's a normal urine routine. 3-5 pus cells is normal. YOU DON'T HAVE A UTI as per this report.
2. Your water intake is not adequate. 1.5 litres a day will.not suffice. Kindly consume atleast 3 litres of water a day.
Consult if you have any doubts. Your urinary symptoms will settle with more water intake
You having urinary tract infection. As you are male and Urinary infection in males needs proper investigation.
Get a urine culture/ sensitivity. Get cbc/ esr.
