Hi, You need a proper evaluation to understand what is happening. Information in bits and pieces will not help. I would suggest either of the two 1. Visit a physician with all your reports and get a consult 2. Connect with me with all your reports . It will.be a long call as I would ideally try and get as much information from you regarding your symptoms. Do connect after 8 pm tonight. Thank you

Get another complete blood count, if parameters still abnormal,   I would suggest a clinical examination to look for any lymph node enlargement and x-ray chest.

Your symptoms and test results suggest there may be an underlying chronic inflammatory or viral condition, even though TB and autoimmune disorders are ruled out. Here’s a simple breakdown and what you can consider next: 🔍 Current Findings: High lymphocytes: May suggest a viral infection or chronic inflammation. High basophils & ESR: Points toward ongoing inflammation. Anemia: Could be due to chronic disease, nutritional deficiency, or bone marrow suppression. Chills + bone pain: Need evaluation for viral illness, early hematological issues, or inflammatory conditions. ✅ Next Steps: Consult a hematologist for: Peripheral smear review. Serum ferritin, iron studies, B12, folate. Bone marrow test if symptoms persist or worsen. Repeat CBC & ESR in 1–2 weeks to see trend. Viral panels like EBV, CMV, or Parvovirus B19 may be advised. If bone pain persists, consider Vitamin D3, calcium levels, and imaging if needed. Consider a second opinion if current evaluations are inconclusive.

Hi, there are multiple reasons ESR, lymphocytes and basophils can be elevated. We need more detailed history to narrow down the diagnosis. Its easy to prescribe another list of investigations but unless we narrow down to the cause through more detailed history we would running around in circles. Kindly contact for a detailed consultation.
Next Steps
Peripheral smear, iron studies, renal function tests
Health Tips
Kindly do not take pain medications without assessing renal status.

Tb can't be rule out on the basis of investigations only , patient history is very important in such scenario,  Anemia should  be treated on priority  basis and it is very important to treat any underlying cause if present.
