Hi I was scratched by a one year old dog 2 weaks back which lives near home it scratched to my leg when I was feeding him it was not deep and no bleeding there was a bit white line that's it is that dangerous does it need vaccine dog is healthy I am scared

Now a days , I am experiencing frequently farting more than  usual, sometime strong smell, I took atorvastatin, febuxostat and also laxative , is it related  to my medicine consumtion or diet or any other health issue, two months back I took colonoscopy and ultrasound recently , all report came as normal study . What shall I do please suggest .

29. M 5'6". 72 kg. Lactovegetarian since birth I have been drinking buttermilk since childhood. But lately it has started giving me apathy drowsy feeling and brain fog. What could be the cause? I took capsule velgut some time back as my friend was taking it and had similar problem. Can capsule velgut would have caused my buttermilk yogurt intolerence?

She suggested to take rabivax-s 3 doses as it's done in pre exposure just to be 200%sure , so took 3 doses on day 0,7and 23. I am worried and confused do I need 5 doses and also immunoglobulin was not given on day 0 as she told its minor scratch not a deep wound. Pls help
