My wife, Age-41, has been suffering from cough, fever. Now, only cough persist. Taking Azitheomycin 500. Feeling thirsty and dryness in tongue. Liver enzymes as per today report- ALT 77 and AST 50. Is it due to antibiotic Or any thing else/ need of concern. Kindly advise me.

My Vitamin D3 Level is 19.35 ng/ml. I am having muscle pain. Please suggest medication. I have not done calcium test. Is it needed.

Hi doctor I got rabies vaccine shot on October 2023 all 4 shots Today I went to barber shop ... Trimmer which barber was using fell on a kid's  sandals by mistake he took it and used it on my head without cleaning it . On the course of trimming my head  trimmer it i regularly felt sharp pain throughout I don't know whether I got hurt but it was having a burning sensation , I don't know whether that kid's sandals could have a potential rabid dog's saliva on it but he was limping throughout. After 1 hour I came back home and washed my head properly for 30 mins with shampoo. If that sandal had fresh rabies saliva and it got transferred it to the trimmer blades have I contracted rabies via my head .. now is my life under danger or am I still immune to rabies as I got rabies shots 15 months before ? I don't know whether I am getting these thoughts because of anxiety Should I have to take booster dose ?

First it started with cold which continued for 7-10 days and since then till date i have weakness.. then a few days ago, i was having a pain in the right chest then middle and then the pain shifted to the left chest which continued for 2 days and everything seemed alright later but the weakness is still there but better.. and now one night I was out for a party where i didn't drink anything and barely ate but when i reached home i noticed that i have red dots on my face which looks like pimple but they aren't pimple.. they cause mind pain and itching and they're all over my face and it's been 4 days today.. it's not worsening but neither decreasing.. i'm not sure how and where it came from all sudden and what is happening..  Could someone please help me ?
