A single report of trace albumin levels might not be very important to consider.
If you exercise regularly, recently had a fever or a urine infection you can have some protein/albumin in your urine
However, if you are a diabetic or hypertensive and none of the above are applicable in your case i suggest you get a spot urine ACR test done.
