More details are needed- does she have hypertension? Does she have recurrent cold? Most common cause of nose bleed is dryness of inner lining of nasal mucosa. This can be prevented by regular application of some lubrication like glycerin,  Vaseline, etc inside the nose with a clean finger 2 to 3 times daily.
