If you are having history of nose picking them avoid doing it
Put nasal drop BOTROCLOT 3 drops in b/l nostril SOS
And you don't require HRCT scan as of now
Nd symptoms still persist after 1 week then first review with an ENT Specialist

First of all if you have any past history of chronic pulmonary infection then you should go for it
Otherwise in you case if it was a nose bleed contact ENT specialist and same for next event of nose bleed.
Nose bleeding could be due to a local cause ,which may have caused the mucus mixed with the blood.A single episode of nose bleeding does not require CT scan.Consult a ENT specialist in your area for a clinical examination to see the cause of the bleeding.
