Care AI Shimmer
Most common cause for nose bleeding is dryness of inner lining of nose. Apply any lubricant inside the nose with a clean finger 2 to 3 times per day. She should remain well hydrated. Next if nose bleed starts, teach her to pinch the nose immediately tightly and flex neck forwards.
Next Steps
Get ENT check up done to exclude any local problem in nose.

Get a thorough ENT check up done. Probably some local cause will be found rather than systemic cause.

Usually, it is not a cause of concern and it is quite common. Please teach her to pinch her nose ( towards the tip) for approximately 10 minutes whenever this starts happening. She should be leaning forward. a demonstration would be helpful.
Next Steps
Should she have multiple episodes, please see a doctor
