My daughter had nose bleeding today thrice in school from the right side of nose and her right eye was also red in the evening.

Most common cause for nose bleeding is dryness of inner lining of nose. Apply any lubricant inside the nose with a clean finger 2 to 3 times per day. She should remain well hydrated.
Next if nose bleed starts, teach her to pinch the nose immediately tightly and flex neck forwards.

The most common cause would be
1. DNS ( deviated Nasal Septum or Nose Bend ) - not a serious problem
2.Adenoid Hypertrophy ( Safe Swelling at back of nose )- Managable with Medication
3.Imbalance in Bleeding Control mechanism
