Yes possibly, if the abortion history is recent and the patient is still on medication. Nose bleeding could be due to many reasons like heat, allergy, trauma, bleeding disorder, even certain medication can cause it. Still patient’s complete medical history is required to make any diagnosis and know the cause. If in case of abortion history is not recent and nose bleeding is recurrent then visiting your family doctor is suggested.
