It's just a normal viral upper respiratory tract infection only . Drink hot water . Don't roam in cold environment.
Take T. Tamiflu 75mg 1--0-0.
T. Levocetrizine 0-0-1.
Syr. Ascoril - D 5ml tds

Probably its wet as nasal discharge is there which is infected as u mentioned its yellow.
Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil two times before meals 3to5 min two times.
Cefexim o200 two times after food for five days.
Montek lc one at night for five days.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5 days.
Ambrodil s syr5 ml twice n 10ml at night for five days or as required.
Go for
CBC to rule out infective pathology.
Stem inflation and Expectorant for symptomatic relief.
ENT examination to rule out local cause.
