Hello Thank you for sharing your health concerns. Let me address your findings systematically:  1. Elevated Alkaline Phosphatase (122 U/L)** - While mildly high, this could relate to:     - Your severely low Vitamin D (2.72 ng/mL) (deficiency can cause bone-derived ALP elevation)     - Mild liver involvement (though SGPT at 36.7 is only slightly elevated)     - The hiatus hernia is unlikely to be connected  2. Critical Next Steps:     - Immediate Vitamin D supplementation (your level is dangerously low)     - Liver ultrasound to rule out biliary issues     - Bone profile t (calcium, phosphorus, PTH) as vitamin D deficiency affects bones     - Review of medications/supplements that may affect liver enzymes  3. Stomach issues despite normal endoscopy may need:     - Gastric emptying studies     - Food intolerance testing  Your case requires **detailed evaluation** as these findings (especially the severe vitamin D deficiency) can have systemic effects. I recommend scheduling a consultation for personalized management.  You can reach me at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two** on WhatsApp to discuss further.

Hi, Hope you are doing well. I need to understand a few things before jumping into your reports. 1. What is your sleep pattern and diet like? 2. What is your weight and do you think you have put on weight 3. It's unusual for someone so young to have a hiatal hernia. It's not alarming but I would like to know how long you have been having acidity like symptoms 4. Don't stress too much about your low d3. I would focus more on your diet, sleep and exercise routine Consult as per convenience
