Hello sir/madam, I have been diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency I.e 112( done comprehensive blood tests all others are normal) as I have been suffering from pain and tingling all over the body mildly. My dr prescribed NERVUP OD(ABBOTT) Tablets for 1 month. I read the tablet is for diabetes patients, may be i am wrong,I am unable to approach the Dr now, kindly suggest me whether I can proceed with tablet or not without any diabetes. Thanks in advance.

Today we have done some blood work ups for my father age 55 years hypertensive, rheumatoid arthritis is there recently he met with accident skid from bike after that fracture knee is there for that collagen tablets he is taking and vitamin d supplements also he is taken recently chymoral forte and paracetamol tablets also used for 3 weeks , for hypertension telma 40 and rozsuvastatin 10mg also he is using . NOW HIS CHLORIDE LEVEL IS 110 .is that high is there any issues.all other RFT, LFT Is normal only LDL IS 125. NOW WITH CHLORIDE 110 IN BLOOD IS THERE ANY ISSUES?

With that high  110 chloride levels is there any issues.

I am so thankful that many of you answered my previous question regarding rabies vaccine but still I want to clear something. Most of you have suggested me not to go for vaccination on re exposure, some suggested me to take 2 booster doses only. But I went to my near by hospital and my physician told me that I need to restart my vaccination series again because in previous vaccination course I delay my 4th dose.                   [My previous course-3 doses in September23,26,30 (2024)and 4th dose on November15,2024].     Now I am in a big confusion, till today's date I took 2 doses on day 0 and day 3. Please clear out my confusion should I go for the remaining doses on day 7and 21.                                   In 2023 I took the complete course of vaccination. And I heard that if someone have already fully vaccinated before they need only booster dose on re exposure because the rabies vaccine give protection upto 1-2 years.     PLEASE HELP ME AND GIVE YOUR BEST SUGGESTIONS.
