Hi,
That's not the ECG. That's the zoomed in image of a single ecg lead. It's equivalent to zooming in on to the tomato of a beef burger and ask one to guess if the burger is veg or not
If you want an opinion from a doctor post the entire ecg and the reason you did it. They don't ask these questions even in our entrance exams
