ST depression
I'm 24 year old , I recently went through my annual health checkup and in that echo report was normal but ecg report shows "ST DEPRESSION || ||| aVR V5 V6" I have no symptoms and my heart will usually race when I visit hospital.. Please let me know what to do further. I have attached the reports for the reference

Echo report is normal, repeat ECG with TROP I and TROP T tests done to remove any doubt about heart muscle damage.

St depression could be seen when your heart rate is high . However a horizontal or downsloaping st segment could be related to the heart.However the doctor who has performed the tests is a ideal person to discuss your doubts.
