Since you already have thyroid, Vitamin D, and hemoglobin results, here are the remaining tests recommended for a complete yearly health check-up for a 34-year-old woman: Blood tests — iron studies (serum ferritin + serum iron + TIBC — essential since your hemoglobin is low, to identify if it is iron deficiency anemia), Vitamin B12 (very commonly deficient in Indian women and often coexists with low hemoglobin), fasting blood glucose and HbA1c (diabetes screening), lipid profile (cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), liver function tests (LFT), kidney function tests (KFT), calcium (since your Vitamin D is low, calcium may be affected too), and uric acid. Urine — routine and microscopy. Cardiac — ECG (baseline). Preventive — Pap smear (cervical cancer screening, due every 3-5 years) and clinical breast examination.
Next Steps
Please start Vitamin D supplementation right away — 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then 2000 IU daily as maintenance. For the low hemoglobin, get ferritin and iron studies done first — if iron deficiency is confirmed, start ferrous sulfate or ferrous bisglycinate supplement with Vitamin C. Take B12 1500 mcg daily for 3 months as a precaution. Recheck Vitamin D and hemoglobin after 3 months of supplementation. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
