For the past 5 days, my mom has had puffiness around her eyes. There is no pain and no swelling in any other part of the body. What should we do.

Hi, There is some puffiness under the eyes. 1. I would like to know if she has passed out a normal amount of urine or not? 2. Has she noted any whitish or frothy urine? 3. Any leg swelling? 4. Any fever or burning while passing urine 5. Has she been sleeping well
