Cough, throat phlegm and eye puffiness
I have been having cough since a month. Initially it started as a dry cough. It got controlled with alcof syrup. But it started again a week back. Now I have a constant feeling of phlem, snoring and eye puffiness. I also feel drowsy sometimes. Please help understand what could be the underlying issue and which specialist should I consult for this issue?
