  4. Puffy areolas. Go away or look normal?

Puffy areolas
I recently just turned 16 and my nipples are puffy and cones shaped and stick out. They’ve been this way since I was 11 or maybe younger, I also got my period when I was 11 so could it be a puberty thing? Will they ever go away or look normal? Please help
