I strongly advise you not to ignore this issue. To further investigate and determine the best course of action, I recommend undergoing a sonomammography (breast ultrasound) examination
Next Steps
Visit a gynaecologist with reports

From your photograph that you have shared the comparison is not possible. Please consult a General Surgeon or a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination. Before that you should get a sonomammography done. Further management after the clinical examination.

Good afternoon, see by the history you have given and the photo you have shared it's difficult to give any diagnosis here. And also here we don't know since how many days it has started, is it increasing in size, is it painful, any discharge is coming from that, etc. So it's better for you if you consult an General surgeon in your area and do the investigations prescribed by the doctor.
Next Steps
kindly consult a general surgeon as soon as possible.

Need more data and images to really compare the change from normal side breast. Also the diagnosis depends on the presence of any discharge from the nipple, pain in the area. Physical examination would help understand the consistency and then decide about the need for any imaging studies like Ultrasound.
Next Steps
Proceed for physical examination to a clinic and then +/- Ultrasound if needed.

Good evening ma'am, Kindly stay calm. Avoid getting stressed out from google answers and different opinions. There are plenty of reasons from which your condition may arise. I advice you approach a gynaecologist, who will do the needful in assisting you, and thereby giving you a peace of mind. Strongly adviced to avoid any self medications.
