Hello Plz help me as I heard news of mpox across the world. Can we travel within india from one state to other . And use the hotel to stay with kid. Do we need any extra precautions and care.kindly help And what are health concern?

I am not feeling well , have been experiencing mild sour throat and temperature between 99 F and 100 F for last 2 days . Have allergic rhinitis . Taking Montek lc regularly for many years. Pl advise .

I'm 22 years old, and over the past 2-3 years, I've noticed my body becoming weaker, with increasing joint pain under strain—something I never experienced before. I initially dismissed it as a diet issue, but the pain has worsened. When I grip something tightly or lift even moderately heavy objects, my finger joints hurt severely and often remain stuck in a closed position for a while. I have to slowly straighten them out, and if the pain is intense, I apply ice or wait for it to subside. My hands tremble when holding a pen or a cup, especially when I'm anxious or stressed. I don't drink or smoke. I also have significant pain in my knees and feet. My toes frequently cramp up, becoming immobile and causing intense pain. This used to happen mainly during sports or swimming, but now it can occur even while sitting or when I try to walk suddenly. What tests should I undergo to understand what's wrong with me, and which specialist should I consult for proper treatment?

Respected doctors, i feel skipped beats since last 2-3 days. They come and go. But whenever i feel thm i become very frightened as if it will cause cardiac arrest or heart attack. I have some gastric issue also since last somedays. I am following a healthy life style, goes to gym take good healthy and protein rich diet. But these things make me very anxious and feared. All cardiac test have came normal with God's grace till now but i am living with fear. Echo and tmt are done 2 times in last one year. 24 hr holter was also done in may 2024.

My recent healthcheck shows my Vitamin B12 is 118, so the doctor suggested to take Tab. Mynerve but this tablet is nowhere available, so kindly help me in getting an alternative tablet name.

I was having lose motions 4-5 days back, after taking medicine from doctor lose motions stoped but now feeling bloated all day, not able to completely empty bowels, urge to go to rest room and noticed red thread like substance on stool but it didn't seem fresh blood. I am worried is it IBD or IBS?
