The hair doc has given the medicine Tab.Tofacitinib 5 mg to be taken 2 times daily for 2 months. Is it safe ? Is Tofacitinib 5 mg a substitute for betnesol forte?

My 6 year old son is having 102 fever from last 2 days. While consuming ors also at times he throws it out i need some meds for tonight and tomorrow I can bring him to your clinic please help so that his fever resides.

I recently had an allergy ( acute urticaria)and my doc prescribed me zempred 16 in the morning and another medicine containing montelukast which I forgot the name of at night. I was having a breathing problem so he said me to take seroflo 250 as well. Today I was having breathing problem at night so took, seroflo..but after that my heart palpitations started.. I was initially normal..my heart rate was also normal however it was pounding more than normal, quite rapidly.. I just want to know if any of the given medications has caused this or not. I took zempred in the morning itself and the other medicine and seroflo at night before going to bed. Which one has caused it to develop also will it be safe for me to take the medications again, since I saw zempred and seroflo both are steroids and both can cause heart palpitations. In that case which one should I try to avoid. Please help. And let me know if heart palpitations could be due to other causes or not. I'm worried.

Hello i am symptoms of feeling tired not energetic., even after having food.feeling like weightless while laying down in bed . How can i solve this?

I am having itchiness and that gets swollen everytime I itch but goes down once the itching goes away, since the last two days..even today morning I was having tongue itchiness. I took a levocetrizine and montelukast combination today. But its still itching though somewhat less and also I'm having breathing problem. Am I having anaphylaxis? Please let me know someone.
