Every medicine have side effects. Take only if indicated. Unnecessarily multivitamin calcium can do harm than good. Get her routine test, vit b12 vit d. If deficiency or having symptoms then give.

Calcimax D syr 10 ml twice after food one month n continue intermittent ly as maintained dose.
Bevon syr 2 tsf(10ml) two times after food for one month.
Better to focus on healthy diet include millets, whole grains, fresh green vegetables, fruits, nuts n seed .
