Gaining lean muscles takes time and relying on supplements will only give you superficial results while causing serious damage to the essential organs. For a 19 year old boy there are many healthy options to be considered like a healthy diet, regular workout (as gaining muscle mass is a long term process) Stop being fooled by the online influencers and gym trainers and consult someone before taking a health supplement that is not required

So myodrol is a heat shock protein activator and a good way to supplement your workouts. You can get an increase in lean muscle mass with fat loss and it also boosts your endurance. However it may affect your liver if you have a history of alcohol consumption and other unwanted hormonal side effects if they use undocumented pheromones. However if you're vegan on any sect of vegetarian then it's safe as it is a plant derived product.

Just taking supplement will not build muscle mass. You need to do workouts along with it. It does have side effects. Have normal high protein diet with lots of fruits and veggies for fibre and vitamins and drink enough water. Just taking supplement does not help.

Why do you want to build your muscles, blindly following other guys. It does build muscles but can cause side effects like  breathlessness, skin rashes, jaundice,etc. Take a balanced diet  high in proteins, stay active physically using both arms and legs,  muscles will build naturally.

You should not try short cut methods for building muscles. You should genuinely work hard in the Gym to build your muscles. You will certainly be caught if you try to take part in Competitions.

Medrol is steriod If you take it for long period it will have serious consequences on your life You may devlop AVN of hips rashes and many more side effects better to avoid
