Giving plain water nebulization 3-4 times a day is not an issue, but in a 3 months old ,any chest congestion and nose block is an indication for a pediatrician consultation and clinical examination.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation.
Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Before giving nebulization i strongly suggest you consult a pediatrician, if pediatrician advise for nebulization then only you give nebulization otherwise whatever the treatment is advised according to your baby’s diagnosis please follow the same treatment.
If you are using only water then you can give three times in a day, for 5-10mins that will be enough
If you are adding any drug please consult a pediatrician before doing that
