Assessment of vitamin d3 b12 t3t4tsh mg, vit c. Till than Tab limcee to suck two  after food. Polybion lc syrup 10 ml after dinner one month. Practine 4 mg one hr before  dinner to induce hunger,  but  after meal u need rest other wise  u feel  dizzy.
