Your result shows significant raised TSH and low T4 ,the present dose of 50 mcg is not adequate,you need a increase in the dose to 100 mcg as per your body weight

U need 125mcg one before breakfast for two months.

It's not normal report ,TSH is raised ,as you have already a history of taking medication ,dose adjustment is needed ,
Once thyroid is controlled you will feel better in terms of body ache .Till the time you can be started on supportive medications.
