Thyroid - Thyronorm dosage
I was using thyronorm 25 mcg from last 2 years, recently 20 days back I given for lab test without taking morning dose it given 4.8 and yesterday I given for test with taking morning dose given 2.6. Shall I need to reduce the dosage now.

Yes, now you can reduce to 12.5mcg
Thyroid medicine is suddenly not stopped. It's dose will be reduced tgen stopped slowly.
Next Steps
Now reduce to 12.5mcg and Continue for 2-3 months then do a blood test again.
