Hi, I have grade 2 fatty liver . I am non alcoholic. Please let me know is it reversible and how i can do it

Grade two fatty liver can be reversible but before that you had to tell me about your day to day routine your dietary habit what is your weight do you have any other medical condition present like diabetes mellitus hypertension lipid abnormalities etc Have you gone for your lipid profile also can you share a picture of your ultrasound report so that I can guide you further

Yes it is reversible. Liver hast auto regeneration capacity. Non alcoholic person getting fatty liver is mostly due to bad dietary habits. Avoid fatty and oily foods. Eat a lot of fibre rich foods and protein. Avoid junk foods. Reduce weight if you are obese. Do physical activity daily for 30 mins irrespective of your weight. Reduce belly fat if you have so. Check for cholesterol and sugar levels. Take vitamin e once daily for 1 month.
