All the tests like peripheral smear, malaria, typhoid, diabetes, thyroid, hepatitis B and C, ANA, lipid profile was done and everything was found normal except billurbin 1.6 and sgot sgpt is in range of 59-90. After 50 days of Exercise and modified diet I lost 6 kg of weight from 87 to 81kg. No other symptoms are there. Still feel some pain in spleen area. It is found 14 cm in ultrasound. I am using udiliv 300 along with vitamin E. I consulted many doctors but unable to understand spleen enlargement. Please guide and help me in resolving this issue.

Spleen can be enlarged due to chronic anaemia or any blood disorder. Please consult a haematologist and get it evaluated.
