Cholelithiasis with fatty liver grade 2
Hello sir/ mam
My name is Karan and my age is 45 years and I have been diagnosed with choleithiasis and fatty liver grade 2 and ECG report says right bundle branch block and few calculi seen in gallbladder with the largest of 7 mm. I would apreciate if you can Please suggest about the right bundle branch block and what to do and can gallbladder stones dissolve with medication and without surgery or not ??? I have no symptoms except that when I eat food after that 10 minutes after I go to potty thank you so much
