I have high BP and palpitation Im taking Concor AM 5mg and Telma 20mg I still feel tired. I therefore took Neurobean for a month that is inarch and felt active. Now after stopping, my energy is again low. Can I take Neurobean continuously? Pls advise

Preferably you should get yourself checked by a physician who will advise some tests to see if you have any vitamin deficiency. Excess of some vitamins can also be harmful, so preferably don't self medicate without any indication. A good balanced diet, exercise and adequate sleep will do the same job as medicine.
