Dear Doctor, I am 46 years old. I am very obese. I am 138.5kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches in height.
I have high BP from the year 2019.
I have been given by Cardiologist Concor 5mg at morning and Able 40mg at night.
My heart beat increases on walking to 195bpm.
After having Concor 5mg it has come down to 140bpm.
My question can I have 10mg Concor tablet to reduce heartbeat further??? Please advise.
My other problem is that I have pain and burning sensation in my anus if I sit ride scooter.
It feels like fissure to me. Is there any ointment for fissure. Any medicine please suggest.
