Flu

It started with a stomach infection due to water as our home water supply got mixed with sewer water. The first time it happened, I was prescribed O2 and probiotics for 5 days. The second time I took rifagut 550 and probiotics for 5 days. For the third time, I have tried O2, Rifagut, Zifi 200, Ciplox TZ, medicine for IBS since the past two months along with probiotics but my stomach is not getting any better. Ultrasound, LFT, Typhoid,CBC all are normal. I have lost 5kgs weight. I don't have anxiety issues but I am getting worse every day. Pls I request someone to help me with this.

Hi Doctor I faced heart burn issues which got subsided now and no such issues now, its been 6 months. But post that, a new issue started appearing that's sometime after motion light throbbing in stomach and right shoulder blade and hand pain, also for last one year my B12 also came low as 159, and one doctor prescribed me B12 injection also, have taken that. But I want to understand is this all interconnected

Hi My one and half year old son had atopic dermatitis with red rashes behind his knees and on ankle skin fold. A skin specialist recommended Desowen cream for 20 days. That resolved the issue. Whenever the problem appears again we apply the cream for a few days and the rash disappears. Doctor said it's normal until the age of 5 for the problem to reappear. We additionally use Cetaphil liquid soap and moisturize him twice after morning and evening bath. We use absorb powder on his neck, arm pits and groin. Of late he has a cluster of boils in both his hands and a few on his chest. They are small and transparent. He continues to itch himself and scratch his arms despite the moisturization. He is generally happy and playful. The boils don't impact him. Just wanted to learn what could this be and is there anything we can do to avoid the recurring skin issues.

Hi , I had intestinal TB and I took medication and no TB infection after further test after completion of medication . After 2 months i started feel shivering , like flu types symptoms , I went to Dr and he looked at my lungs and intestine and all are fine , Then Dr suggested me antihistamine syrup , i felt better , but when I don't use after 4-5 days same symptoms started , then Dr gave me non steroid anti inflammatory med for 5 days , I took it and felt better and again the symptoms started after 8 days , I did blood test , my sugar level is 98 , CBC is fine , lymphocytes level 37 , and platelet count is 120 , and ESR is 24 Everything all fine , LFT is fine too .. Few days ago I had red dots type skin rash on my one hand .. What it could be ? Is it side effects of TB medications or have i infection or blood cancer or any other thing ? Doctor is unable to find it out .. Thanks for your reply ..

I have been feeling feverish, have little cough, cold and heart rate is increased, temperature is around 99 degree Celsius, is this flue, my temperature is increased just from yesterday night but my oxygen is f in between , it goes to 91-93 and then again back normal 98-100. Can it because of viral infection or common cold? Please advise. Thank you
