Blood in phlegm (hemoptysis) for the past few days should not be ignored. While it could be due to throat irritation or infection, serious causes like tuberculosis, bronchitis, or other lung issues must be ruled out. Since this is recurring, I recommend he sees a Pulmonologist (lung specialist) abroad for a basic check-up — like a chest X-ray — to be safe. Waiting for 1.5 months without evaluation is not advisable. For further queries or consultation, you can contact me on WhatsApp at eight seven six two seven four nine nine seven four.

India is not the country with best medical facilities. There are doctors available not only in India but in foreign countries as well. There is no need to wait if your are sick. You can visit any physician or pulmonologist there.
