My brother got blood during cough one time before 8 months and now he said he scratched nose so blood got into his throat and when we saw there was could and blood He was heavy drinker heavy smoker but stopped smoking 1 year ago and stopped drinking few months back he also drink too much cold drink from childhood and has fat near stomach and big belly is there What tests he needs right now Is this thing serious
