Your symptoms suggest acidity or gastritis. Burning pain at night, especially without loose stools, is commonly due to excess stomach acid. Possible reasons: Irregular meals or skipping dinner Spicy or oily food Lying down soon after eating Stress What you can do: Eat early and light dinners Avoid tea, coffee, spicy food at night Do not lie down immediately after meals Drink warm water You can take an antacid syrup at night. If the pain continues, get an ultrasound and consult a doctor for further tests like endoscopy. For a detailed evaluation, consult me on Practo for a video consultation.
