Hello doctor My mother is hypertension patient. She is taking amlosafe 3d from last 1 year, now she has problem from last 3,4 days dizziness in the morning while sleeping and BP raises 160/100 and become normal in daytime. So i consulted with doctor they priscribed telmikind trio 6.25 another medicine after taking that same my mother BP is Normal in day and raised in the morning like 3o clock 150/100 and dizziness . What is cause and how to manage it?

As I was holding my phone, I suddenly started to have tremors in right hand, I have fatigue and shortness of breath as well. And also the right hand's muscle is paining.

Had dengue fever since last 6 days. But after 4-5 days stopped taking paracetamol as there was no fever. Platelet count fine and doctor advised taking paracetamol only if fever comes. Hi, I experienced a panic attack yesterday and had to go to the emergency room at 1 at midnight. Initially it really felt like a heart attack : rapid heartbeat, sweating, intense panic, some numbness in arm and legs, hyperventilation. The doctors at the hospital did a TROP-1 , ABG, and ECG and all of them came back normal. My BP was a little increased when I reached there plus the heartbeat was at 110 bpm. I think I had some issues of anxiety and overthinking before but I thought it was just a phase. But the panic attack yesterday was really scary! Can attacks like these reoccur? What can be done to avoid them? Also I was experiencing constipation for the last few days if that has any connection whatsoever. 27(M), 83kgs, 172 cm, former smoker.

My sister doesn't consume curd/ curd based products. Any other sources of probiotics , given she is in college with no access to fridge to store items like sauerkraut etc.
