Hello Respected Doctors, Taking Beta blockers along with Cilacar. Severe nasal congestion, drips amd respiratory issues. Though the parameters are under control. Pls let me know if it is ok to discontinue meds like Concor or met xl or there are alternate meds with less side effect. Thank you for the guidance in advance. Shwetha A.

Due to cold I m getting too much tears and because of tears I am getting too much headache and am not able to open eyes sometimes

I have been experiencing a cold with symptoms including nasal congestion, sneezing, and a sore throat for the past [number] of days. It is accompanied by mild coughing and occasional headaches. Despite trying home remedies like steam inhalation, warm fluids, and saltwater gargles, the symptoms persist and cause discomfort. Breathing feels slightly restricted due to the congestion, and I feel fatigued. There is no fever, but the cold does not seem to improve. Please advise if any medication or further steps are required to manage this condition effectively. Your guidance would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

My sister who got maried had abortion two times and has one girl baby,she isofen affected by cold and fever many time in  a month.  To contol those disease she often takes medicine such as parcetamol,amoxicilin. 2 days back after waking up for sometime I observed I had pain at right side of back head in right occipital bony area..at one particular spot only.. it looks hard to touch..but feels like minor hard swelling.. pain is like someone has hit me in that area.. now pain is aggravated even with or without head movement.. kindly tell me what can be the reason.. how long will it take to heal.. Dear Sir/Ma'am, Self work out caused anterior chest wall strain and injury i.e mainly lifting and arm stretches with dumb bells. Compression does help but when ever any weight or work is done, I feel cramps and spasms for few seconds from the left shoulder area and downwards. The area becomes swollen amd tight. Any meds apart from Compression. Shall I stop worl out and wait. Pls guide. Sincere thanks, Ron

I had taken anti rabies vaccine in doubt of possible re-exposure. One doubt I have is that in YouTube videos they show or even online that an intramuscular injection is given at an angle of 90° in the deltoid region of arm. But the compounder here administered it at a angle more like 30 to 45 degrees but needle did go all the way in I believe. So I am in doubt that does the vaccine go to the deltoid muscle and will it be effective and I now just need to take the second dose of the 0,3 boosters? Or vaccine will not reach the desired area and be ineffective and I have to take vaccine again and then another one for the day 3?
