I was walking my dog and somehow I fell in an open drain , I got hurt , attaching the pic. In 2023  during my pregnancy I took tetnus injections and I delivered in November 2023 so maybe it's been around 1.5 yrs of tetnus injection so should I take tetnus injection again ? How long does a tetnus injection work ?

I've been waking up early, around 3 am, for the past six months, and I'm unable to fall back asleep. As a result, I'm only getting about 5 hours of sleep per day. Can I consider taking Magnesium Glycinate tablets?
