Flu

I suffer from upper back pain every morning after getting up frompast six months. I consulted ENT specialist and general physician.  The medication I am following it gives me temporary relief but I am not getting permanent solution . And now a days I also feel the pain in lower chest also (below breast line). Severe pain is gone after day to day household works. But whole day I feel some mild pain both in my back and my lower chest. I have sinusitis problem . Everytime I feel one of my nostrils is blocked. I catch cold very often. Whom should I consult? A pulmonologist or general physician or ENT specialist?

Respected doctor, I feel low energy lightheavyness in head, I hv typhoid +in previous year.duiring taking  medicine ( iron tablet) my Hb level is deceased by .3 it becomes now 8.6 always feeling dizziness.plzz help mee

Facing problem using my arm earlier it was problem in right arm now I got relief in that arm not in proper way but pain is not there as earlier it was..but now it started in my left arm same pain . sometimes it pain' continuous in upper arm as burning sensation..I am not able to understand because of this mentality I am getting disturbed.

Hi , i wanted to understand if this is reality or myth , that if a person have strong immune system , he/she might not get impacted by dengue at all not even mild fever and dengue can ho unnoticed as any other mosquito bite. But if i have low immunity it will cause fever and low platelet count. So is this true or not? Do dengue irrespective of immune system impacts our body ?

I have swelling under my armpit which hurts when touched. I have visited multiple doctors for the issues I'm mentioning below but doesn't seem to get solution. It all started 2-3 years ago with me having dry mouth and swollen tonsils along with redness in throat. Currently my biggest concern are hard painless lump in cheek that does not hurt. Along with it the parotid gland duct is always leaking white discharge. This is noticeable mostly overnight.
