I have been unable to sleep from the last 7 days, If i sleep then my sleep gets break in late night and after that i could not sleep. I have been taking these medicines, after using this medicines i got started sleep issues. 1. Nexito 5 MG ( 1 in night ) 2. Inderal 40MG (1/2 in morning & 1/2 in night) 3. PPSON DSR ( 1-0-0) I have been feeling discomfort during day time because my sleep were not proper, restlesness and a bit anxiety also happening. What to do now?.

Dear sir Dear Doctors Yesterday I done a 2D Echo for heart on the basis of yearly health check up, in the last time 2D echo report the ejection fraction was 68℅ but in the yesterday 2D echo report is 65℅, why it is decreased to 65℅ sir. Hi... I was having pain in leg muscle, stifness, cramp after test it's was found b12, iron, Vitamin D deficiency iron is 17 and B 12 is 113pg/ml l. Last one week m taking medicine for that but still I feel very low sometime and low strength on my leg. Is it until my deficiency is fulfilled I will feel the same .
