Good evening doctor , previously I was taking dex orange syrup one table spoon daily my hb was 8.9 now it is 10.7 am feeling shaking like kind of swaying whenever i sit or stand also am breastfeeding my 1.5 year old atleast 8 times a day and and feel dizzy and tightness on my head also sometiems left arm paining mostly near elbow is this all bcz of hb or heart related also should i start taking multigummies centrum along with dex orange syrup thank you pls help
