I am 18 years old and 5.3 feet tall, so I want to increase my height, is it possible to increase my height at this stage? Can I gain some height?

I had thickened skin on my heel of the right foot. On trying to remove it, it has become this. I have a lot of pain associated with it. What can I do to help the situation.

I am a 33 year old male, 62 kg weight, height 5:11 About 50 days back I started feeling fatigue and reported to doctor. They did lft in which the alt and ast were higher. I was diagnosed with hepatitis. Was advised to rest. After 10 days when lft was repeated the alt ast had returned back to normal. In about 15 days I felt better and started walking and studying. One day I went on a 3.5 km walk and felt very tired. On the same night had to work late night for some assignment and next next day had to go out for some work. After this the next day I started feeling horrible fatigue. A lot of tests like Lft, kft, electrolytes, ggt, thyroid function, cortisol tests and ultrasound, hba1c, hepatitis b and c was run. They were normal. There was however b12 and d deficiency which I am on medication now. It is almost 25 days now and I am better. But fatigue are still felt. I am worried about the time it I taking, i need to join a job also. Please advise me 🙏

I catch cold and sneezing often with irritating nose - like once a week or so. I take antinhistamine to bring that under control but this impacts my daily regular activity , is there any test to find why I am getting this often and treatment for this .

I suffer from upper back pain every morning after getting up frompast six months. I consulted ENT specialist and general physician.  The medication I am following it gives me temporary relief but I am not getting permanent solution . And now a days I also feel the pain in lower chest also (below breast line). Severe pain is gone after day to day household works. But whole day I feel some mild pain both in my back and my lower chest. I have sinusitis problem . Everytime I feel one of my nostrils is blocked. I catch cold very often. Whom should I consult? A pulmonologist or general physician or ENT specialist?

Respected doctor, I feel low energy lightheavyness in head, I hv typhoid +in previous year.duiring taking  medicine ( iron tablet) my Hb level is deceased by .3 it becomes now 8.6 always feeling dizziness.plzz help mee

Facing problem using my arm earlier it was problem in right arm now I got relief in that arm not in proper way but pain is not there as earlier it was..but now it started in my left arm same pain . sometimes it pain' continuous in upper arm as burning sensation..I am not able to understand because of this mentality I am getting disturbed.
