Fever with severe joint pain

I have fever for 3 days with severe joint pain. Knees are hurting so much when I try to walk. I consulted doctor and they put trips for reducing fever and prescribed tab dolo 650, zerodol, supradin multivitamin and immunizer sachet for 3 days. Fever reduced but still join pain is same.
